There is a huge range of realities in one of a kind commissioned furniture. I have been playing this game for years, and trust me when I say that to create exactly what the client imagines is a real trick.

Our process will begin with a drawing. Hiring me to make your drawing begins at $80. I will create a detailed, specific, accurate drawing of of your concept with conversation with you or your client. Accompanying the drawing I will give an estimate to complete the project based on time, materials, and the level of complexity. For instance, if I have to make a tool to do the project, that is taken into account.

If you decide to move forward with the project, work begins when a deposit of half the agreed upon price is received. Keep in mind that we are working with an estimate that I have tried to make as accurate as possible. However, there must be allowance for up to 20% increase due to design changes, material variation etc.

I will complete your project to the best of my ability in a timely and workmanlike manner. As the job progresses I will need another financial draw on the project before completion.
